SMSMKT can send all types of messages except those falling under the following conditions:
- Deceptive messages, impersonating others to deceive or engage in phishing activities, such as sending SMS messages that violate financial laws, offering loans, falsely claiming prize winnings, etc.
- Inappropriate promotional content, including content promoting illegal activities or indecent material.
- Invitations to online gambling or gambling activities in various forms. If the company receives complaints or finds that a message contains deceptive content as described above and may lead to financial loss or deception, the company will immediately suspend message sending services for that sender name.
- The company reserves the right to suspend message sending services for sender names that are subject to complaints and fall under conditions (1), (2), or (3).
*The company will not be liable for any unauthorized use of its services, and no refunds will be provided. The company also reserves the right to suspend services in all cases if legal action is taken.
SMSMKT can send messages to mobile phones on all networks operating in Thailand.
Service users can specify the sender name themselves. The name used must consist of English letters or numbers, 4-10 characters long. *Spaces are not allowed, and recommended special characters are (-) or (.).
- The number may be blocked or restricted from receiving messages. This could be due to the owner of the number having requested to block SMS for promotional, advertising, marketing, and gambling-related messages. It may also be blocked by the network provider for various reasons, such as:
- The number has been recently activated or transferred to a new network.
- Numbers that have upgraded their systems to 3G, 4G, or Trinet may be automatically blocked by the operator (for messages sent from websites to mobile phones, operators may consider them as marketing messages).
- The recipient's phone is turned off or has no signal at the time of sending the message.
In Thai language, 70 characters count as 1 credit or equal to 1 message per destination number. If the message exceeds 70 characters, the system will calculate additional credits. For example, if you input 74 characters, the system will count it as 2 credits. The system will calculate and display the number of characters and credits used each time on the message sending page.
SMSMKT provides a service for sending messages to over 220 countries worldwide, supporting message delivery through API integration.
